Pricing
Every job is priced by bid, because no two garages are alike. The price depends on how many rooms, how much there is, how heavy it is and how hard it is to get to. You get the full price before any work starts, and it does not change unless the pile does.

Tell us up front about bio waste, chemicals, paint, fuel, asbestos, medical waste or ammunition. Those cost extra, and some we are not allowed to haul at all.
What happens to my stuff?
Once it is loaded it is ours to deal with. What is still good gets resold or donated, metal gets scrapped, and the rest goes to the landfill. Pull out anything you want to keep before we load.
How do I pay?
On your phone, before the work starts, so haul day is quick. You see the full price and sign a one-page agreement first.
